UPDATE: Version 3.0.6 is now live!
After the launch of V3 in August, we had amazing feedback from you, our users. We have worked hard and listened carefully to your suggestions and ideas and we are pleased to announce the release of this major update.
The update includes:
- Default tags can now be specified for new customers
- Global defaults enabling you to apply a tag to customer records that triggers a task or sequence of tasks to be added to all new orders created. If a customer has a tag attached to their records (which can also be applied when importing customer data) it triggers the adding of a task to their orders, cutting downtime needed for order inputting
- Tasks can now be assigned to a User Group pre-selected in advance which also speeds up the order creation process
- New functionality to save task dates within a session so that the target dates set on new orders are remembered for the rest of a user's session, allowing override of the default lead times for tasks.
We are pleased to announce these changes to make processing orders and keeping records simpler, smoother, and speedier for our many users.
