Here are some of the most asked questions from new users about the PDM Web application.
If you can't find the answer to your question here, please contact us and we will be glad to help you.

PDM Web is compatible with the latest desktop versions of the following web browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Opera
  • Safari

If you have difficulties using PDM Web, please make sure that your web browser is up to date with the latest version available.

Although we have not tested the PDM Web on mobile or tablet devices, you will probably find that it works on such devices. However, the site is designed for use on larger screens, so we recommend that you generally access it via a desktop computer or laptop.

YesPDM Web provides a simple customer data import tool that simply allows you to copy and paste data from a spreadsheet. Once your account has been created, log in and go to Menu > Tools > Import Customers.

This tool is very helpful when you have a large database of customer information to import.

However, before going ahead, please consider the following points:

  • Many of PDM users' existing customer databases contained inaccurate and out of date information. It can actually take longer to correct inaccurate imported data than to just manually input current customer data.
  • Manually inputting data allows accurate validation as well as the freedom to delete records of customers who have moved, are no longer active, or whose data is otherwise incorrect.

There is no upper limit on the number of users or logins.

While PDM was originally commissioned by an independent pharmacy to meet the specific needs of that business model, it has grown since then into an app that many different types of businesses benefit from.

Any small to medium business that creates, fulfills and delivers orders will benefit from PDM's unique features.
