The app can be used by your dispensary staff to schedule deliveries for any courier as well as to add new patients to the customer database.
Generally we recommend that dispensary staff use the online delivery manager site to add new patients to the customer database unless you are using non-ETP prescriptions which have barcodes that can be scanned using the Android app. See our barcode scanning guide for further help.
It is a good idea to set up a separate "courier" account for your dispensary staff to use. This account can be configured so that it can be used to schedule deliveries for any of your couriers and so that tracking is disabled when using in the shop. To set up this account, login to the online delivery manager, go to the "Couriers" tab and click on the icon for adding a new courier. Enter a suitable name for the user such as "Dispensary" or "Shop" and tick the option for "Access other couriers." Untick the "Enable tracking" option.
Once you have set up the account for use by dispensary staff, they can login to the app using the courier PIN and password that you set. The app can then be used within the dispensary to schedule deliveries for any courier and to add new patients to the customer database.
