Changes to Optimised Routing in Version 2
We are making a change to the way that delivery routes are optimised in version 2 of PDM.
Previously, the delivery list would be automatically re-optimised every time a new delivery was added or when a delivery was completed out of sequence.
Beginning September 1st 2020, when a delivery is completed (or failed) out of sequence, the remaining deliveries will not be automatically re-optimised. The user will be able to make the decision on whether and when to re-optimise a route. This can be done by selecting the "Reroute" option from the app menu.
