Introducing Version 3 - 07. Defined Outcomes

This video shows how to remove a duplicate task has been assigned to an order in error. Using the ‘Cancel Task’ function you can view options from the default outcomes listing. Just select the one that best applies.

This feature is useful as it helps track the reasons for changes within an order and shows them in the order history for future reference. This improves communication between departments and most of all, improves the customer service experience.

You can also customise your own outcomes and order cancellation reasons – just go to Administration > Orders > Outcome categories > Order Cancelled. You can then add your own new Outcome category.
