Tags can be configured and attached to customer records, orders and tasks. The handy icon selection makes it easy to see customer or order requirements at a glance.
Tags are a great way to include additional information about customers. For example, if the customer is hard of hearing, or has a dog with a taste for delivery drivers, you can record that as a tag. The tag icons appear on the customer view as well as in orders to the customer.
To add customised order tag, click + New Order Tag, select the Tag name and icon along with other options for visibility. The same process applies to Customers and Tasks too.
