Introducing Version 3 - 12. Customer Defaults

Within a new order on PDM Web, you can set useful defaults. For example, if a customer has some instructions that they’d like included on their orders so we can enter a note and then click ‘Save Defaults.’ These instructions will now be saved as a default note for all subsequent orders.

You can save defaults for the items and the task list for the customer’s future orders too. This is a useful function to save time when processing future orders.
