PDM V3 Upgrades: "On Hold" Status

When an order (or prescription) is cancelled or failed it goes on to "On Hold" status.
This enables rescheduling of the delivery under the same order reference or another task to be entered in its place. For example, if a delivery failed because the customer was not at home and they get in touch to say they want to collect it from the store, then adding a "Customer to Collect" task within the same order is very useful. It means that PDM users can see full order history easily.

PDM now has the functionality to automatically mark orders marked as "On Hold" or "Failed" after a chosen time interval to be permanently recorded as Cancelled.

To enable this, go to Menu > Administration > Orders.
In the 'Cancel "On Hold" orders' field, select the time interval from the drop-down menu.
