PDM V3 Upgrades: Improved Tag Visibility in PDM

Improvements to how customer tags are displayed within PDM App and PDM Web mean that tags are more clearly visible to users, even at a glance.

The text and icons now dynamically change colour based on the background colour chosen by the Administration user, making it easier to differentiate between tags and the background.

Users can choose not to select an icon allowing the first letter of the description to take its place.
The expanded view within the task info screen includes the tag description, making it easier to view at a glance.
