PDM V3 Upgrades: Improvements to PDM App

Following user feedback, we have been working on a series of improvements to the layout of the screens in PDM App.

The end goal is to reduce the number of taps needed to complete common actions and make essential information visible more easily.
Eventually, the tabbed interface when viewing a task will be removed and all the necessary information will be displayed on a single screen when completing a task.
Additionally, the important information (including package numbers) will be displayed on the task list screens so the user won't have to open up a task to access this information.

We hope that these updates will speed up common processes and enable drivers to focus on their principal work: making deliveries to your customers!
