PDM is pleased to be partnering with EMIS to provide a simple way for you to make those important deliveries to patients.

To get started, simply fill in the form on this page to set up your PDM account and take advantage of the barcode solution at no cost to you.

Please note, there are 2 ways you can use the EMIS barcode via PDM Web:

Via the scanner connected to ProScript Connect (this would require deactivating the Fast Scan function) or...
Install a secondary barcode scanner that can be used directly with PDM Web.

If you are an existing PDM user, the new version of PDM (V3) is required to activate this useful integration. The free trial is only available to new users.
We are now rolling out the new version to all V2 users and our Migration Support team will be in touch with each account in the coming months.
If you haven't heard from our team and would like to migrate to the new version, please contact us with the subject 'Migration to V3' and one of the Migration Team will be in touch with the next steps to get your account moved over.

For NPA Members new to PDM, though the initial signup email you will be sent states that there is a free 30-day trial, this will be upgraded to a free 3-month trial from the date of sign-up.

Please ensure that you enter all information accurately so that we can process your application quickly. We will send a verification link to the email address entered, so please make sure that you enter your email address carefully. Your account cannot be activated until your email address has been verified.

Please note this email will state that it is a 30-day trial, but we will make sure we amend that to 3 months from the date of sign-up if you are an NPA Member and new to PDM.

We do not ask for your payment details before you start your free trial and these are only requested when you choose to continue using the system after your free trial period has expired.

As part of this sign up, we will automatically notify EMIS so that they can take the required action to enable the solution. If you operate a multi-site business, please list all sites you wish activated or, alternatively, your head office details for all sites to be activated. Please allow 2 working days for this to be active.
