To begin using Pro Delivery Manager to deliver medicines to your extremely vunerable patients using assigned volunteers, please refer to the emails you received from the Welsh Government.

If the How To Guides are unable to help you resolve your query, we have enabled a service whereby you can request a timeslot with one of our team to provide you with support and answer any questions. There are two 30-minute time slots available every half hour from 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Just select the time that you would like to talk to us and we will call you at the scheduled time.
If your desired time slot isn’t available through Link 1, please check Link 2 to see if your desired time is available there. Once a time slot has been allocated, it will disappear from the list.
