PDM was originally developed by an independent pharmacy and it has some additional features just for pharmacy users.

• Option to specify deliveries containing controlled drugs, requiring confirmation of ID and additional courier signature.
• Option to specify whether deliveries contains "fridge" items.
• Prescription barcode scanning for quick data entry and scheduling (Wales and N. Ireland only).
