View and change data retention settings relating to your customers, orders and photos.

 
Choose how the following records are managed.:

• Customers: choose whether customers are deactivated after a selected period (from 1 to 36 months).
• Orders: choose how long details of completed & cancelled orders are retained and set time periods to archive and permanently delete order details
• Photos: set a time period for permanent deletion of photos.
