If a patient does exist in PDM
From the homescreen, click Customers, or select this option from the side menu:
Scan the 2D barcode into the Customer search bar (click on barcode icon to activate the scanner).
The patient record will appear in the search results. Select the patient record by clicking on the patient name:
Click on the order tab.
Then click the yellow + to add an order:
Check the number of packages. Click Save:
The delivery will now appear for routing in the task list:
