PDM Web and PDM App

PDM is now integrated with McLernons PMR

PDM and McLernons

Since April 2023, PDM can recognise McLernons Delivery Labels

Once enabled, the PDM Web application or the PDM mobile app can be used to scan delivery labels to:

  • add patients
  • find patients, or
  • add new deliveries/orders

An additional scanner may be required to enable PDM Web to read the 2D barcodes.
Using PDM App, simply select the customer and click on the barcode icon within the search box.

If you are an existing PDM user, the new version of PDM is required to activate this useful integration.
We will be rolling out the updated version of PDM in the coming months. If you would like to express your interest in migrating, please send us an email with the subject 'Migration,' and a member of our Migration Team will ensure you’re added to the contact list for when the new version becomes available.
To read more about migration, check out our Migration Hub.

To register as a new PDM user, simply click here to complete the registration form.
McLernons will automatically be notified that you have registered a PDM account and begin the process of enabling the solution at your requested site(s) – please list the Pharmacy postcodes you wish the solution to be enabled within the comments section of the registration form.

For further sites to be added once live, just email PDM@mclernons.com.

We're confident that this integration will enable your business to keep making those important deliveries to your patients.

[PDM] has transformed the way in which our deliveries are created, sorted and sent out.
