By default, all active users can log into PDM from any mobile device when they have installed PDM App.
Managing which mobile devices can be used for PDM or preventing new devices from being used can be done here.
Tick the "Allow access from unknown devices" to ensure that users will be able to log in from a device that is not currently listed in the Mobile devices list.
Untick this option to prevent users from logging in from a device that is not currently listed in the Mobile devices list.
You also have the option to require that all PDM App users enter their login information each time they launch the app on the mobile device.
