Outcome categories - Order cancelled

Manage the Outcome categories here, specifically for cancelled orders.

PDM has 5 order cancelled categories already created:

• Customer cancelled
• Items out of stock
• Duplicate order
• Administration error
• Other

More categories can be easily added if necessary. Just click on the yellow + New category button and fill in the description.
Be sure to click 'Save' when you're done.
