Administration Settings
To view your account settings, go to Administration in the main menu.
To view and change settings relating to mobile app security, go to Administration > Mobile devices > Security. In this area, you can select whether users have to log in each time they launch the app.
To update and choose how order and customer records are managed go to Administration > Orders.
For example, here you can set a rule for when orders "on hold" are automatically cancelled.

To allow the PDM support team temporary access to your account, tick the box in the Support team access section in the Administration area. This is useful if you experience any issues with your PDM account. Access will be granted for one week, or until the box is unticked.
