Creating Order Schedules

Start by opening the Schedules module from the home screen.

Here, you’ll see all the details of existing schedules that have already been set up.
To create a new schedule, simply click on the yellow + New order schedule button in the top right corner (alternatively, you can always set up a schedule when you create a new order).

If you’re familiar with creating orders, you’ll find setting up a new schedule very familiar.
The key difference is that scheduled orders are automatically set to repeat.

Schedules are processed at midnight each night and orders are created for any schedules that fall within the next 7 days.
Once the order has been created by the system the tasks for that order will become visible in PDM App.
