Outcome categories > Task Cancelled

Add or edit 'Cancelled' outcome categories for tasks here.

The default task types already created so you can get started right away are:

• Order cancelled
• Customer collected
• Delivery requested
• Other

Be sure to add them as options within the task type so they are displayed in the outcome options for Cancelling a task.
Simply go to Tasks > Types and open a task.

 Click 'Save changes' when you're done.
