Outcome categories > Task Failed

Add or edit 'Failed' outcome categories for tasks here.

The default task types already created so you can get started right away are:

• Contact required but not present
• No secure place to leave items
• Location could not be found
• Location could not be accessed
• Administration error
• Other

Be sure to add them as options within the task type so they are displayed in the outcome options for Failing a task.
Simply go to Tasks > Types and open a task.

 Click 'Save changes' when you're done.
