Manual installation of the Android app

If our support team ask you to manually install the app, please follow the instructions below.

You can install non-Play Store apps on any Android phone, tablet, or other device by enabling one simple toggle. This practice is called “sideloading.”

Google has different processed for sideloading apps in Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above – so please just click on the OS that your device is currently running and follow the instructions:

Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above
Android 7.0 (Nougat)
