Tags are a useful way of visually indicating additional information and, in certain cases, can also trigger actions to be carried out by default. 

There are three types of tags available:

All tags have an icon used to identify them along with a description.
All tags can be saved as defaults on customer records if desired, so users are not having to enter them manually each time. Learn more about this here: PDM Web Tutorials - Creating Orders
Only customer tags have the additional ability to trigger default order tasks. 

There are 6 default customer tags already in place:

  • Delivery service
  • Customer collects
  • Morning deliveries
  • Afternoon deliveries 
  • Evening deliveries
  • Night deliveries
